Rabbiee.com (rabbi, teacher, master) founded by Godala Vinod
Dinakar (GVD) a free lancer, writes quiz column for Gospel
for Million's ' Sharon Rose ' , a Telugu spiritual monthly
published from India. It was Jesus' followers and disciples
who addressed him as "Rabboni",in
Hebrew/ ( Aramaic ) which is to say teacher (John 20.16,)and
'Rabbi' ( John 1: 38 & John 9:2) .
In Arabic, rabb(i) means Lord and rabbiee is
'my lord'. The Master Jesus Christ's teachings &
observations on life stretch beyond human thinking and imagination
that have endless relevance; enough to provoke thoughts in
people of our times as they are equally touching and relevant
today as they were during his times.
The word of God from 'The Holy Bible' has been and shall be
a source of guide to acceptable individual and social behaviour
that will set in motion a way for 'orderly life'. The
recordings from the Old & New Testaments from the Bible
touch our lives on varied aspects, such as tolerance, anger
management, love, care for others, spirituality, self-introspection,
materialism, discipline, contentment, forgiveness, complacency,
eternal life, mighty power and omni - presence of the Almighty,
his second coming, among many other aspects, that guides the
destiny of our lives.
Mahathma Gandhi (Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi), drew inspiration
from teachings of Jesus Christ particularly on non-violence
which he experimented alongwith others to get freedom to India
in the late 40's.
Vinod Dinakar (GVD), a management graduate, former Asst.Professor
(1981) had taught in the PG College of the University, served
as Administrator in the Middle East (1983-85) (Doha, Qatar)
worked for World Bank assisted project for sustainable Development
(1986-93) and presently Mr.Vinod Dinaker is serving as Dy.General Manager of a Cooperative Bank in AP,India since 2008. Mr Dinakar is pursuing his Ph.D in HRD aspects in the Department of Business Management
from Osmania University, Hyderabad, India as also pursuing MA (Biblical) from Sam Higginbotham Christian University, Allahabad,UP.
He is exposed to varied functional & operational areas
such as Capacity Building, Teaching, Training & Development,
Consultancy, General Banking, Pro-Poor Policy, Micro-Finance-SHG
financing, Poverty alleviation, Organisation Development (OD),Process
Improvement, Disciplinary Compliance Management and Legal
aspects.
This is a humble attempt by the author to present writings
of social concern, quiz through the website for the benefit
of viewers/readers. The founder's proficiency in Arabic language,
inclination towards Arabic culture and past association with
Middle East has prompted him to name the site 'rabbiee'
(my lord in Arabic) and God willing, the gist of the articles,
writings, quiz shall be translated into Arabic soon, for the
benefit of Arabic viewers & readers. |
